Perched on a steep hillside, above and left of Clogwyn y Grochan, is a miniature Dinas Cromlech, namely Drwys y Gwynt (Door of the Wind). The steep walls of Drwys y Gwynt can be observed from the layby below Clogwyn y Grochan. The rock on Drwys y Gwynt is both clean and compact. ‘Little Sepulchre’ takes the corner itself, whilst the thin crack on the right wall, ‘Too Hard for Jim Perrin’, is a fine test piece in finger-jamming. Drwys y Gwynt is a mountain crag that has fine views with the door of wind not being fully appreciated until you can find the col between Drwys y Gwynt and Drwys y Gwynt Uchaf.
